I really liked this jacket when I first got it. The fit seemed right and it looked nice on. But after just a few washes, the stitching on one sleeve started coming loose, and the zipper kind of feels cheap now. Maybe I just got unlucky, but for the price, I feel like it should’ve lasted better. It’s not terrible, I guess, but I’m definitely a bit disappointed with the durability.

I ordered this rain jacket thinking it would be a decent buy, and I was excited to get it, but wow, it just feels way cheaper than it should for the price. The fabric is super thin, and the zipper catches almost every single time I try to use it, which gets old really fast.

It does look fine if you’re not looking too closely, but after only a few wears, the stitching near the pocket already started coming loose. It’s not the absolute worst jacket I’ve ever had, but for the money, I expected a lot better. I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

I thought the jacket styles were really nice, simple, but still had enough detail to keep them from looking plain. The colors are too and easy to match with different outfits. A couple of the fits felt a little boxy on me, but overall I liked the look. I actually mentioned them to a friend because I think she’d be into the style too

I was disappointed with this rain jacket. I wore it expecting decent protection, but I started feeling damp way sooner than I should have. For light mist it might be okay, maybe, but in actual bad weather it just didn’t do the job for me...

I did get my refund in the end, but it took a few days, which felt like it could’ve been handled a bit quicker. Still, it was sorted eventually.

I’m giving this 1 star because trying to get a response from customer service was a whole adventure. I sent a message, waited around, followed up, and still didn’t get a clear answer. Super fun way to spend my time, obviously.

It felt like nobody was actually checking or trying to help. I don’t mind waiting a little, but when there’s barely any communication, it gets old fast. Not exactly the amazing support experience anyone’s dreaming of

So, I got this pullover and, the inside feels really nice and soft, like super comfy for cooler days. It’s not scratchy or anything like that, which I really appreciate, and it seems like it should wash well too. The only thing is, I guess I expected it to be a bit lighter from the pictures, so it’s probably not something I’d reach for when it’s warm out. But overall, yeah, I’m still happy with it...

Still, it was frustrating having to deal with the back-and-forth when I was just expecting to get what I ordered the first time.

I ordered a custom print with our logo and was disappointed when it showed up. The logo looked a bit crooked, and the colors didn’t match what I expected at all. I reached out to support, but they basically told me it was “within tolerance,” which didn’t feel very helpful. I’ve ordered before, but if this is the quality and response going forward, I’ll probably take my business somewhere else

I do like some of the jackets, but the stock situation is tiring. I’ll find a size or color I want, then it suddenly disappears, or it’s out of stock for weeks. I had to change my order twice because items weren’t actually available, which felt like such a waste of time and energy. The site itself is fine, but it’s hard to trust the whole process when you can’t actually buy what you picked

The website was such a pain to use. Pages took forever to load, and trying to find the right sizes was way more annoying than it needed to be. It also wasn’t really clear who was responsible for what on the site, so when something felt off or confusing, I had no idea where it was supposed to be handled.

I ordered the jacket in my usual size, and it mostly fits fine. The sleeves are a little too long on me, and the body feels kind of boxy. It isn’t nothing awful, but it’s not as spot-on as I was hoping.

I got the jacket in navy, i felt good about it right away. The color was really close to what I saw in the photos, maybe just a tiny bit darker in person, but nothing that bothered me much.
It had that same overall look I was hoping for, so I wasn’t disappointed or anything. I’d just say if you’re trying to match it exactly to a team color, logo, or something specific, you might want to be a little careful.
Overall, I liked it a lot and the color felt accurate enough to me. I only knocked off one star because it wasn’t completely exact, even though I still had a strong good feeling about the jacket...
